There appears to be 2 or more mobile home parks in Red Carpet. Anyone know the boundaries for each? (looks like one bounded by 14 Ave & 65 St, but not sure)

It appears from City aerial image that there is a chain link fence that is right beside pathway the whole way from 68 street to 60 St (slightly inside park boundary as mapped as of 2017-11-10). Can anyone comment, please?

given that it appears to be same width as path to west, it would seem this piece (to Collegiate Rd) should be cycle path (City desig'd as "regional"), but as of 2017-10 it isn't
