Route 3 has been split into two routes; stop in park has been "permanently" closed

This is apparently to become University Boulevard at some point; a local mapper reports that as of 2017-11, signs still use West Camp. Bv name.
Anyone who has personal knowledge - please change the name or add a comment when the signs are changed.

Anyone know anything about these tennis courts?
They are not in City list of courts, so presumably they either belong to the school or to a community association and are not public.
