roads need names

For anyone ambitious enough to tackle alignment - as of 2016-05-21, the Bing satellite image here is very accurate, as confirmed by GPS recording and another source. Drawn LRT tracks are about 5.5 m south of where they should be as of same date.

This area needs work - the "roundabout", distinction of cycle & foot-only paths, etc.
Bing images are inadequate; may require site visit for certainty in any case.

not sure what the original intent was here - there is a dedicated cycle lane on this side of 9 Ave - presumably this should connect to assure routability
