National Forest Development Road 1861 goes to the Hart's Cove Trailhead... At some point I intend to walk that trail and will contribute a GPS Trace

How do I mark this area? You can drive onto the beach at NW 15th and legally drive up to 150 feet North or South of the access point. This is the only spot in Lincoln County that you can do this. Essentially it's "On Beach parking" but the surface is sand (soft in the summer, harder in the winter... yes, people get stuck frequently).
