Hi, this edit broken some boundary polygons. I recommend not editing boundaries in iD as they are prone to break!

I actually just retagged this road as motorway_link (had an edit conflict around the same time), which is what it was up until 3 weeks ago when someone changed it. Since it only goes to the expressway and nowhere else, that still seems appropriate, and gets rid of the need for an access tag.

I've restored this back to a motorway_link. Even though it looks a little awkward, it's an accurate description of reality - this is a ramp from JT Connell to the expressway.

Reverted unilateral change.
