You can visualize the turn restrictions on my “map of turn restrictions” http://map.comlu.com/ Turn restrictions with (subjective) warnings and errors are marked. It tells you what is wrong with some broken restrictions.

Your turn restriction is true for cars, too. And for cars the error message is correct.

BTW, the turn restriction is checked without using an artificial intelligence to recognize every access condition. If there’s a limitation to only one kind of vehicle, this is not supportet by this map, yet.

Start Firefox with all add-ons disabled. If iD and Potlach now are working, an add-on blocks the content. Probably AddBlock or Ghostery are blocking flash content.

Ich mache es im Josm auch so: Weg am Plus “aufziehen”, mit p trennen und einen Teil davon löschen. Ich achte meistens darauf, den Teil zu löschen, der keine History mehr hat, also nach der Teilung als neuer Weg angelegt wird. So bleibt die History des Weges erhalten.

I like your suggestions, too. Your design looks cleaner than the original one. But as xeen wrote, having the tags aligned as in a table will be even better.
