Move trunk route from LIE to Sound Avenue onto CR-94 and NY-24. This bypasses the congestion on CR-58 and results in a cleaner trunk network.

Restore trunk designation for eastern segment of NY-27. It is the most important road on the South Fork, so trunk is appropriate.
