Clean up Garden State Parkway Connector

Remove ref from Palisades Parkway. PIP is not a ref, since it was not specifically assigned by the PIPC.

Create route relations for Arden Valley Road and Tiorati Brook Road, and clean up tags.

Clean up remainder of strange hgvtrimble=yes tags made by Amazon mappers

Use network=US:PIPC on PIPC controlled roads. Also create new, separate relations for the unsigned state reference routes, in order to keep the two networks separate.

Use new NYC parkway scheme for Mosholu Parkway and Korean War Veterans Parkway. The rollout might be slow, but these roads are supposed to be using the new signs.

Make "Bear Mountain Parkway" the primary name for the road, and move "Bear Mountain State Parkway" to alt_name. The "State" is not usually included in either speech or on the ground signage.

Add school building and area

Remove ref from green shield New York parkways. Unlike the NYC and Long Island parkways, these initialisms are not displayed on their own, and it does not appear that the authorities made a conscious effort to assign unique values.

Add expressway=yes to Suffolk CR 94 between LIE and Riverhead.

Add expressway=yes to Suffolk CR 51 between Sunrise Highway and Riverhead.

Remove name from roundabout at Wantagh and Ocean Parkways. Either it has its own name, or it should have no name at all, rather than having the name of either of the parkways.

On Long Island: move NYS reference routes from nysdot_ref to the more standard unsigned_ref, and also ensure that all reference routes are prefixed with "NY ".

Fix name of Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge.

Cleanup interchange of Robert Moses Causeway and Ocean Parkway.

Minor clean up to expressway tagging on Long Island

Restore classification of roads that were changed to highway=construction without setting construction=*.

Downgrade NY-454 to primary west of the NSP terminus. The trunk route here only makes sense going east, for cars continuing on after exiting the parkway.
