There's a big old country house here somewhere! Castle Allerton.

The Fox and Hounds public house is now closed and planning has been requested to demolish the pub and build retirement homes. Correct as of 3rd December 2013.

I'm guessing that the ref here is a cut and paste faux pas from the B road through Elvington?
