Bull Bray Rd and its connectors are all dirt roads maintained by the county

Is this bridge on US-41/64/72 really "closed" for construction, or is it under-construction and still open for traffic?

We moved our business in September 2013 to a new building right off of Hwy 15. Our customers using GPS takes them to the wrong side of 23rd Street South. This wouldn’t be much of a problem if 23rd Street South (incorrectly appears as "Abbot NW Court") wasn’t interrupted by a corn field.
