Misspelled

There is only a stub, not a triangle (of sorts) here called 49th Avenue.

This portion of road is the frontage to the Grand Central Parkway and is signed as such. The road carries the Astoria Boulevard North designation after intersecting with the bridge over the parkway between 78th and 79th Streets.

This portion is a private road, only used by the residents of the block, not accessible to the general public.

From 30th Avenue to the intersection with Astoria Blvd, the street is named Boody Street, not 68th Street.

Correct name is Bulova Avenue.

The signed name of that stub street is Standard Lane, named for Standard Motor Parts on the east side of the street.

This block contains the six buildings which owned by Northridge Co-op Section I, Inc.

PS 148 is between 89th and 90th Streets, not between 88th and 89th Streets.
