Moved some POIs from building to separate node where it's not the only use of the building

Movved address tags from nodes to buildings, service higlway is private, without an official name (s. ALK; even with the buildings belonging to Herrenweg)

Deleted shop-node (for charging station). There's already a node for the charging station (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1930369156)
