What is the Mandurah Triangle? I've never heard of it, can't find any information on it and there is no additional tags on the area.

This area is currently marked as the Hawkesbury River, but is actually known as the Sandbrook Inlet.

The above "street" has appeared in the G-NAF database between the May 2016 and August 2017 editions but is currently not in OSM (or has a different name)

Before mapping the following will be required:
1. Confirm that this is a real street (or which street has changed names)
2. Geometry from imagery, MRWA-514, or survey
3. Confirm name from a source (MRWA-514 or survey) we are allowed to use in OSM
