Thanks for your reply. You can see the tagging on version 6 here: way/440431477/history

I'm not seeing what makes the beach you've added here a beach either, it looks like the vegetation line goes almost right up to the banks of Lake Quinsigamond

Hello - the beach you've added here seems a little strange, more like the bank of the creek, if it's even that. What are you trying to add here?

150686663 over 1 year ago

Hello, you changed the entirety of Gold Hill Family Beach Park to a beach but also added a beach area. I've set the park back to a park because otherwise you're just duplicating the same feature and removing another.

Hello, what does GLK stand for?

150507953 over 1 year ago

Hello, you've changed the tagging of beach volleyball courts to just be tagged beaches. I am reverting this change.

Hello, the correct tag for swimming pools is leisure=swimming_pool not natural=water. These are not natural bodies of water.

Hi Mean Mamaw - what's the surface of the beach here or is it actually a slipway of some kind on the bank of the creek?

150420132 over 1 year ago

Hello, this is not a beach. This is a playground. If the surface is sand, you can add that tag.

Hi seeshami!
Welcome to OSM!
When you're adding features like residential areas, you don't need to use the name tag to label them this words like "homes" - the name tag should only be used for actual names of things.

Also, make sure you take your time adding areas - some of the locations you mapped could have used a few more points to better match what they look like on the ground.

Hiya Troyw125,
Welcome to OSM!
If a simple feature like a park is already on the map as an area, all relevant tags can be added to that instead of creating an additional node to also represent it.

Hi TheNamesV,
Welcome to OSM!
Is this feature a private playground in someone's backyard? If so, it might be best to refine the tagging to reflect that.

Hi dhruv1729,

Do you have more information about what this is? It looks very much like ordinary private property around a large house.

Hi Rexreator, I'm not sure if leisure=park is the best tag for these areas. Are they camp grounds? Woodlands?

Hi rnangelin,
Thanks for adding this little free library to the map, however, the area around it is not a park by OSM definitions.

Hi pinkpopcorn,
It looks like something went wrong with this edit. You duplicated existing sidewalks that are already on the map. I have removed the duplicate you created.

145202252 about 2 years ago

Hi Kdaa22,
You've duplicated a lot of features that are already on the map in this changeset. Typically OSM works on the idea of "One feature, one OSM element"

Hi timren1,
Welcome to OSM. Please check the OSM wiki page for parks. What you have added here is not a park.

Hey mate,
Just letting you know that you accidentally dragged The Metro over the railway tracks in this changeset. I've moved it back.
