Welcome to OSM! When adding features like parks, it's generally better to map them up until where they stop rather than connecting them to the middle of roadways and other features like railroads.

I adjusted Middleton City Park if you wanted to take a look and see what I mean.

Also, what's the difference between Cherokee Landing Campground and the park you added there? They kind of seem to represent the same feature?

Welcome to OSM! Please be aware that this is a public map and that you should only add verifiable features. Flagstaff Gardens is already mapped as a park here, personal opinions or individual experiences such as "Beautiful sunlight place" are not something we typically add to the map.

These were mapped as cemetery sectors, which is the correct way to display them. They are not grass landuse even if they have grass as a surface.

Thank you for checking. Unfortunately, as a map of real things fake parks don't really ever have a place on OSM.

I'd say that Niantic has already pulled the data the data that they are going to use and that anything you add now probably won't make it into the game anyway.

Maybe you should show your friend how to be a good mapper by adding something that actually exists instead?

Keep in mind that most games do not use live data from OSM. Pokemon GO for example hasn't updated anything map related for a number of years.

I'm assuming the building is underground? Either way, the footpath would need to be added separately as it appears to be located over where the building is mapped rather than along its walls.

This area appears to be divided up by fences as if it were separate yards associated with the buildings around it. Are you sure park tagging is the best way to map this feature?
