Fixed various issues. Discovered that iD browser editor does cannot show bus routes.

Upgraded the shape of Gateway's parking lot. Removed the ability to make U-turns.

Added southern entrance to MKE1

Updated speed limits on 12th street and further improved layout of MKE1 parking lot.

Updated Walgreens based on official website. Hopefully that kind of source is legally allowed. The pharmacy and convenience store have separate hours; hopefully I tagged the location correctly.
