Hier wurde eine neuer Weg angelegt, der nah am Ufer in einer Schleife um den markierten Punkt geht. An der Stelle befindet sich auch seit kurzem (Frühling 2017?) eine Büste der Fürstin Constanze de Salm und etwa 10 me weiter nordwestlich ein neuer Aussichtspunkt mit einer großen Bank.

Note, there are different names in different publications for this exit, such as
"Via Saffi" (Wikipedia) or "Piazza F.LLI Bandieri" (map of emergency exits inside of the tunnel), whereas the overview map at the entry of tunnel says "Piazza Mercator/Duomo"

Das Schlosscafé existiert wohl nicht mehr. Stattdessen wurde allerdings eine neues Hotel/Restaurant/Café "Remise" im Nachbargebäude eröffnet

Café Eumel existiert schon lange nicht mehr und hat jetzt einen anderen Namen.

Die Inseln innerhalb des Sees werden nicht korrekt dargestellt. Geht man auf "Bearbeiten" sieht man zwar die Uferlinien, aber nicht die die Landflächen.

I doubt theses stairs are called "Via del Duomo". Most likely they are considered part of "Piazza del Duomo". So far, I did not any sign there, but "Via del Duomo" connects to "Piazza del Duomo" at its opposite (SW) corner. The printed map of the tourist office does not show any name for the steps.

Note, the pedestrian exit is indeed in the building Palazzo Pianciani, while the underground is located underneath the the building opposit to it.
