Added construction area for Kinnion Heights

Added houses, road names, some pedestrian crossings, garages in the development around Hopetoun Grange - quite a lot more to do. Some houses not showing up on satellite yet. Have mapillary images, but not sure how to draw the houses accurately

Added barrier to the entrance which has not been fully constructed yet.

Changed landuse from construction to residential because it seems this area has been completed.

Added a new block of flats 5-117 Wellheads Avenue. I'm unsure about how to handle the offset of the buildings. Need to sharpen up knowledge and skills on this. Hopefully got it more or less accurate.

Realigned industrial area to exclude the Wellhead Avenue flats. Need to designate that as residential. This particular industrial area can also be broken down further to create Commercial area for the BP Headquarters.
