117952102	almost 4 years ago	Hi, The State Library has an 'underground' connection across to the Mitchell too. I also suspect there is a connection to State Parliament. The DCS Imagery looks better than bing .. and I have found it to be better for location too. As a user of both libraries ... The Mitchell is where you go for the older Mitchell historic stuff. This has a separate request/collection area. If you request it in the other building you'll be directed to the Mitchell for collection. Additionally there is a more select area for the oldest stuff with more eyes on you. The building is named the "Michell Library' and can be seen over the front entrance, operated by the state library.

117724257	almost 4 years ago	Hi, Welcome to OSM. Most buildings are 'square' - have right angles. You should be able to use the 'Q' key to square up your entries - simply press the Q key while the building/thing is still being edited and that should make it 'square'.

117595296	almost 4 years ago	Good. I would try to fit the route members to fit into either 'Public Transport version 1' or, my preference, 'Public Transport version 2'. I did a simple guide to v2 on @Warin61/diary/45106, mainly so I could refer to it when I got confused! Sometimes the OSM wiki is not the best for a quick guide - which is what I want most of the time. Been discussing this on the talk-au list ... There is a use of the key 'passenger' that I was not aware of .. passenger=tourist may be a good tag to add to your routes.

117615515	almost 4 years ago	Hi, The name tag should be used for the name only - see osm.wiki/Names#Name_is_the_name_only I suggest using the tag 'description' for things like "Wyndham TV Transmission site", or 'operator' for "Coleman Transport". I have increased the industrial area for "Wyndham TV Transmission site" to encompass the area that appears to be used. The circular- buildings might be man_made=silo?

115136339	almost 4 years ago	Hi, Relation: Sydney Metro Northwest (8631621) error reported by OSMInspector - PTV2. Train route finish platform was placed at the end of the relation members. This has been corrected to the end of the platforms/stops .. The ways then follow those platforms/stops.

117180958	almost 4 years ago	One of the 'problems' is that renders regard landuse=forest to be the same as natural=wood. The Putty State Forest includes grass areas .. and residential areas ... these should not be excluded form it. Much like a National Park has tree areas, rock areas, grass areas.. all part of the National Park. The mapper who added the large tree area is simply mapping trees - not the land use.
