Some suggestions from this changeset:

tunnel without layer=-1 causing crossing of road with buildings and roads
Way: M4-M5 Link Tunnel (787303509)
Way: M4-M5 Link Onramp (786073176)
Way: M4-M5 Link Tunnel (715715942)
Way: M4-M5 Link Offramp (786073177)

Overlapping roads:
Way: Church Street (173778130)
Way: St Peters Street (173778124)

Missing node where St Peters St crosses cycleway.

Missing tunnel where the incorrectly named Campbell Road (should be Street!) crosses Princess Hwy

changeset/82906925 reverted your changeset/82847724 that broke several Administration Boundaries. The changes made are verifiable for the stated changeset sources of:
OSM for the past Administration Boundaries and the changes made by that changeset.

LPI Base Map for the Administration Boundaries.

Maxar for road alignments.

----------------------
The changeset is verifiable. Stating that the changeset is unverifiable and inaccurate ???

Oh... just a moment...

Think the walkers only sign is well out of date? Might be worth a phone call to the rangers... if they are in the office with this virus around.

For checking the National parks website could be used as confirmation?
Centre Trail https://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/things-to-do/cycling-trails/centre-trail

There are also the MTB sites.. this among them

Arrr ... memory is gone on this, sorry. Possible that I had the walker/runners up with strava.. or that the bicycle strava was illegal? Or it could have changed over the time.

Errg... corrections

LPI Base Map for the admin boundaries......
so changing the roads in the future would NOT destroy the Admin Boundaries

Maxar - imagery for road locations.
Please compare Maxar to Ersi and see what you think ... chose what suits you... certainly more upto date than LPI Imagery.

I try to put the sources in the changeset notes.
For this changeset;

OSM - for the past sate before the reverted changeset. And also the state after that changeset.

LPI Base Map for the admin boundaries - I think in this or the next changeset I tried to removed them from the roads - so changing the roads in the future would destroy the Admin Boundaries .. at least in this area where lots of changes are taking place. Also for the road name correction .. more of this in a later changeset of mine.

Maxar - I think you'll find this is slightly more upto date than Ersi?

-------------------
My only reason for the edit was the broken Administration Boundaries. Other than that - very good work in a difficult area at the moment. I think I got a little of what you were doing back to about where it was. Note the change to Campbell Road - correction to Campbell Street on the eastern side.
I won't be back unless the Admin Boundaries are a problem... presently mapping in the center west of the state.

Good Luck.

Hi,
Building=farm is supposed to be for the homestead, not hay sheds etc.

82847724 almost 6 years ago

This broke the administration boundaries for;
Mascot
Alexandria
Inner West Council
Council of the City Of Sydney.

I have reverted this changeset.
Separated boundaries from roads in the Campbell St/Rd area.
Corrected the roads names; Campbell Street and Campbell Road.

Please take care with the Admin boundaries embedded in the roads... There is lots of fixing to be done here... just in terms of OSM errors like levels crossing rivers, bridges ...

It is like that. Why I keep an eye on it - so I can pick up my own errors.

There is heaps to do.

Just 'do' what interest you.

The wiki can be helpful, but you have to read a few entries some times. For this see building=fire_station

82806736 almost 6 years ago

No.

The trees do not start and end at the National Park boundary.

You tried to alter the tree area .. and in doing so altered the Park boundary.

So I have removed the tree tagging.

What I think should be done now is to enter the tree area as a new way that is not associated with anything other than the trees.

See relation/8974195 for an example where the trees are separated from a National Park

Hi,

You have tagged an area of almond trees ... in Australia e.g. Way: 782499969. I don't think you can get that from satellite imagery?

82799544 almost 6 years ago

Hi,

This has broken hte Administration boundary for Southern Metropolitan Region, and possibly others.

May I leave this to you to repair?
