Excellent... after informing you, I found over 250 errors of my own :( .. all fixed.

Don't use relations.

Put a simple way around the outside of it all, tag that building=yes (or something more specific). This can have the overall height, address, name etc.

The bit of the building that is 'different' from the rest - used a simple way on that bit .. tag it building:part=yes (or something more specific). This should have the bits that are different height or other things.. if you don't know just leave it as building:part.

Sorry but that does not work either. multiploygon outers should not touch.

Use simple ways - no relation.

highway=road means you don't know what it is.
Use the LIP base map as that helps distinguish between tracks, secondary etc.
I have changed these 2 to something I think is appropriate. Where tree cover is in the way the Base Map may be a good guide as to where the road goes. And it indicates gates too.
Take a look at what I have done with these 2 roads.

Note this is NOT a state forest boundary, it should be an area of trees according to the tags present. As such be LPI Base Map should not be used.

Suggestion... Placing the boundary on the road leads to others 'improving the road' but ignoring the boundary, leading to the boundary being broken.
I don't thing the boundary follows the centre line of the southern side of Winterfold rd where it is one way. It probably follows an approximation of the centre line of the old rd before it was split into 2 one way sections? A simple clean way, not attached to the roads could be drawn from one node where Winterfold rd intersects the present eastern north south run to the western Carrington St detail might serve well?
In the mean time I have connected the boundary trough the roundabouts on Winterfold rd.

Done. The others are within camp sites .. but the camp site boundaries are 'unknown' - so best approximations taken there.

Arr .. a very few of these are single pitches within campsites.. for some reason (tired?) I failed to recognize that the thing was applying the previous tags to these nodes...
There are some 12 that I'll need go through and check, not all of them will be this changeset but never the less good to check them anyway.

There are many bus route problems...

Market Street traveling from the west to go north on Armstrong St has to go all the way around the roundabout as there is no direct connection between the two despite there crossing...
How is Mair Street part of this route? There are 2 ways running across this route .. but the bus runs into to nothing and/or appears from nowhere.. magic!

Many many more. Perhaps Potlatch is not the right tool for this job? I only use JOSM so I don't know. I'm inclined to revert and see what that does.. possibly the bus route was buggered before your change... I am not local so cannot simply 'fix it' from my knowledge, I'd have to go back to where it was in OSM.

Combining mangrove creek into one way has broken the relationship for the 'wood'... relation/7527445, it used parts of the creek to define the trees edge.
Would you like to fix that?
