Probably better to draw a single outer way around the outside. Then draw the holes in the building with roles 'inner'.

Hi,
The aged care multipolygon relation has errors - the outer ways cannot share segments ...
See https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=142.18850&lat=-34.31535&zoom=18

Where a 'covered walk way' joins a building the join should have no 'barrier' ... these joining 'barriers' are creating the error.

The only one I can make out is Ferntree Gully Eagles junior .. the web address is out of date and they no longer play there either.

The tennis club may longer play there either... some comment on the web about a dog exercise area in their former area..

I'll remove the cub and sport tag from the building.

----------------
This is what I should do with club entries
club=sport
sport=*
name=*

The name tag is important for rendering. I would place it on a node, unless the club has sole possession of the facility (building, pitch, etc). I have been pulled up on adding the tag to buildings in the past...

Yes, sometimes the squaring does strange things.

Hi,

What is the name of the cricket/Ozie rules sports club in the building on Windermere Reserve?

Hi,

Welcome to OSM.

The building way/1043773843 crosses itself ... this is an error ..

The Bradfield Scheme has been around for many decades... real engineering evaluations have rejected it...
Politically it sounds good, probably wins votes.
proposed=*
"This is frequently used to describe projects that are abandoned, planned to start in a distant future and ones that are de facto fictional."

I would very much wait to see real plans with allocated money and tenders going out. not political gestures.

Thanks for mapping these tree areas!

Planned?
A politicians promise ... been made before ... 8 years ago ... and some decades before that too.

How are the car parks going?

A closed way is an area if it is any number of things e.g. leisure=pitch, amenity=parking, building=*, natural=wood etc etc.. None of these would require area=yes. Simply - area=yes is, in most cases, not required.

118720763 almost 4 years ago

OSMI showed an area problem that I fixed ... these seem to occur from time to time .. many with Id.

While I was fixing that I noted the area=yes tag .. JOSM validator will flag these .. possibly a \warning' rather than an 'error'. It is just something that you don't need to do, waste of time doing it.

Hi,

Welcome to OSM!

I am a bit puzzled by the node with the name 'Mayfair Property Group' umm other than the address .. it does not say what it is ... a real estate agent? The property owner?

-------------------------
There are more than one way of doing things...
I prefer to have the buildings as individual entries into OSM ... and than map the shops etc as nodes within the buildings. This matches the OSM 'guide' of 'one feature = one OSM entry'. Others put them all together as you have done.

Have fun, map what you enjoy.
