Hi

Multiploygon relations outer ways cannot share segments with inner ways. See https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=148.46921&lat=-36.38647&zoom=17

Partial reversion - broken boundary of National Park.

Hi

Buildings don't go inside other buildings .. at least not in OSM. What is needed is building:part! See building:part=*

Please change C39, C40, C41, C42 and any others I have missed.

Hi,

The relation for Porky Beach Conservation Area was broken by some of this changeset so it is in part reverted.

Hi William,
Welcome to OSM, don't worry too much about making errors on your first edit.

I have assumed the deletions were an error so the deleted buildings have been restored.

Also fixed new building with 2 extra nodes causing crossings.

Hi,

Lake Eppalock looks to occupy a much larger area than you have mapped. See the Esri World Imagery Clarity Beta.

Hi,

Welcome to OSM..

Water tanks used for fire fighting are somewhat larger than a few yards in diameter. The tank - way/865531540 - would at best be used for gardening... probably only = 100 litres. For fire fighting as a minimum 5,000 litres would be a better idea.

Hi,

The multipolygon relation/11811268 has outers that share ways. This is a no no for these kind of relations.

Secondly ... the 'shelter' is not what I'd call it in OSM terms.. "A small structure for protection against bad weather"???

The center is a building=train_station in OSM terms, while the outer 2 structures are roofs.

Hi,

Three things...

The changeset comment is not very descriptive.... see osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

The name should not be an abbreviation see osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_.28don.27t_do_it.29

The source is OSM .. I don't think the the geospacial accuracy can be improved using it.

Hi
Removal of the outer way/318672900 for this tree area has also stopped it being rendered.

Restored.

Hi,
Welcome to OSM.

Removal of way/318672901 from the wood relation has removed the outer way for this area ... meaning it is not there...
I have restored the way to the relation so it is now correct and should render.

Take care, keep mapping.

Hi

Building way/853560579 has;

duplicated segfments

crosses other buildings...

See https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=115.37443&lat=-31.10353&zoom=18&opacity=0.64

You should repair this.

Sorry - one is a simple way (not a node).

92643482 about 5 years ago

Hi,

The relation has 2 outer ways that share segments - this is a no no.

There are two entries for this one feature ... both 'Surface Hill Historic Reserve - one is a simple node... OSM says - one feature = one entry. ??? and the tags don't make much sense to me?

landuse forest - so used to get timber?
site_type mineral_extraction???
and
Historic Reserve... which matches the Parks Vic as the operator...
It may have been it the past forestry and/or mining. But tag what it is now.
So what is it now?

I'd delete the relation and leave the simple way.

Hi,

The multipolygon relation/11635213 is not good. The inner touches the outer .. that is a no no.

Better to delete the relation. Then create 3 simple ways for the 3 separate scrub areas.

90250579 about 5 years ago

Hi,
Welcome to OSM.

Multipolygon relations outer ways cannot share segments... And that is not the way to do building consisting of parts ... see
building:part=*

So ... make a simple way for the base of the building and tag that building=yes (or whatever) and then make simple ways for the different parts of the building tagged building:part=yes (or whatever). Note the details are on the wiki for levels/heights...

Hi,

Welcome to OSm...

There is a path inside a building ...???
