What is a community hub? Possibly in OSM terms amenity=community_centre??

Deleted the names on these ways. The name is on the relation so it does not need to be on the individual ways that are part of the relation.

Relations are one of the harder things to understand in OSM. Each individual bit of the relation goes to make up the relation. Anything tagged on the relation itself is inherited by each member of the relation. So the relation name goes to all the ways. As do opening hours operator etc etc...

You added way/655123238 with a name and a surface. But there is no physical feature with them .. so it means nothing inside OSM. There has to be something to say what it is .. a shop, a building a road .. something. In this case i have added the tag leisure=park. you might like to add access tags of dog=yes and possibly some bins, water, ..

If it is finished construction .. the construction=footway should be removed.

If it is still under construction then highway=footway is wrong and should be highway=construction.

Looks like you have a fair few of these nodes with name tags only...

The relation/3864716 that was the park had more information on it than what you have in your new way for the park.
Once you have copied the information over from the old tags on the relation/3864716 it can be deleted- it is no longer closed and generating error messages.

node/5680545120 has the name locked gate... a computer will not be able to say what that is... tag it correctly as barrier=gate access=private and it will then display a gate and not let people thru it... if there were no access key or access=yes then it would let people route through it.

Search to OSM wiki for tags of things.
In this case emergency=fire_hydrant

And don't use the name tag to describe something.. use the description tag.

When you add a road ... it has to 'connect' to other roads for gps routers to use it..
way/604943536 is not connected to the main road to the north.Check with someone as to how to connect these two roads.
Next.. this looks to me like a residential road .. not tertiary. See highway=tertiary
PS I would add a surface tag .. the area gets heavy rain from time to time .. a paved road is a blessing. In thi case surfage=unpaved.
