Moving Le desert from France to Australia is not on.

Before you changed is way/388771229/ it rendered correctly with landcover=scrub and natural=scrub!!! And I believe that the change you made there is yet to be processed ..

The problem here is apparently man_made=clearcut.

You will note this is not rendering correctly at the moment as the changes you have made are still to be processed. We will wait and see if this renders correctly without the man_made tag. And then reintroduce the landcover tag and see if that truly makes a difference? I note that the at least some of the other ways with landcover and natural=scrub continue to be correctly rendered. I have not looked at all of them.

OSM looks to be a bit busy at the moment... so lets leave it for 2 days and see what happens.

Interiors are dealt with by declaring a multipolygon relation - the outer way is placed into the relation with the role 'outer'. Then the way for the inner is placed into the relation with the role 'inner'. You can have more than one inner, and more than one outer. The relation carries the tags, not the outer way nor the inner. An inner could have different tags - e.g. a playground.

There are some problems with Way: 610735693 - building = school.

First as a single building .. it crosses itself. That is not on.

Second there is a conflict between the building and a road already in OSM

Third .. using bing .. it is not a single building .. but at least 5 separate buildings. Possibly 7.

Note - some buildings connect by covered walkways and these can confuse the issue. Similar comments on multiple buildings for some of the other additions.

In short .. needs work. You may find DigitalGlobe Standard Imagery better.

Editors should allow 'any tag you like' as that is an OSM principle.

Natural=scrub is the documented tag on the OSMwiki .. if you search for scrub there you get that page. Natural=scrub has over 1,800,000 uses in the data base, so it should render!
Landuse=scrub is not documented on the OSMwiki. Landuse=scrub has ~1,600 uses in the data base. As a tag I don't think much of it.

I had not realized any render was using landuse=scrub. Possibly the rendering was of man_made=clearcut? And that might be the best tag for it. In principle .. one feature .. one OSM item? So maybe this way would be best tagged with only man_made=clearcut untill it regenerates somewhat?

Humm maybe it is man_made=clearcut that is not rendering? That has only 4,000 uses on the data base.

Why don't you try each tag in turn (and onlly one tag)? See what happens?

Note that it can take some time for a render to note the change in tags.

The Prince of Wales Hospital should be expanded to the buildings and linked to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_of_Wales_Hospital_(Sydney). The landuse should be removed .. that is on a much larger area.
The river .. is not a river . that looks like an ovderflow or channel used by a farmer to get water. In either case a river.
The pitch .. most pitches are rectangular, and are marked for the sport played. What sport is played here? Looks like a farmers field to me. Possibly a park?

Deleted 'Randwick city council service road' .. it does not exist as a permanent thing.

a lot, lot that is not right!

1) do not add personal things .. e.g. finish line.
2) do not duplicate what is already in OSM - some of the path is already there.
3) Try finding things on the OSM wiki .. life jacket is hard though .. it is emergency=life_ring .. don't draw a representation of it...
4) Use the LIP Imagery to add details .. the path can be more precisely mapped using it.
5) where a path crosses a road there should be a note with highway=crossing and crossing=uncontrolled/traffic_lights/*
