relation/16389568 deleted. building=yes;roof needed to be separated into one OSM entry for building=yes (I changed this to retail) and a separate building=roof with layer=1.

Umm I don't think trees have addresses...

addr:housenumber are valid witha - for a range of numbers.

All caps in the street and suburb is wrong. I have corrected it on the single error.

It could be an error on the LPI/DCS data base ...
Mowbray Road West for example in OSM is Mowbray Road I have added the Mowbray Road West as an alternative and changed the relevant addresses in OSM to match and used addr_postal:street for the Mowbray Road West ...

I too can 'fix' them. However there are a number address issues. I'm thinking about some resolution. I have raised one issue on the tagging list and I think a solution would also suit some of these address issues too.

number of these addresses do not match the road names in OSM as they have the suffix "East" added. The DCS base map also does not show these "East" suffixes ...

The name tag is for real names only. See osm.wiki/Names#Name_is_the_name_only

Suggest you do more reading on the OSM wiki.

The building numbers support it all being one road - no duplications that I can see on a casual look.
Humm ... I think alt_name may have to do. If the road signage gets changed ??? I used to drive along here some moons ago to get to and from work, only knew it as Mowbray Rd. .

Possibly a site relation with that name with each feature are a member? Or a landuse=recreation_ground with that name? More than one way to skin a cat.

The playground is best left as a separate entry. Leisure=playground:pitch does not 'make sense' in OSM terms. The OSM guide is 'one feature = one OSM entry'.

I have attempted to detail the area. There may be toilets and a bubbler here that are not mapped.
