489053234, 489053236 maybe there are walls. Shadow is strange, looks like this barrier consists of 4 pieces with height of 0.5-1m, and another one from the house to the next roof perpendicularly
489053343 leads to house, "The driveway should be tagged as such even if the property has a small number of parking spots, typically for the occupants" (wiki) - what's wrong with it?

Relations: that was I said SomeoneElse before: it's hard to find right way if there are many ways over the same points. If you want write-once without multipolygons try to edit around Nottigham railway station.
Breakage was before me: someone made mini golf unclosed without using relations. And I just missed the fence when cut it.
Returned Park to line with tags, split the fence - corrected mini golf.
If you want a (wide) gap in the fence: add two points, split fence, remove tags from the gap. If it is an entrance, just add one point with barrier=entrance or gate. And all of this without editing relation

tree_row I didn't understand why it's needed if all trees were mapped. It was necessary to decide that you need tree_row or row of trees

It is not 'just a simple car park' - almost all of the borders where drawn (two walls of buildings and a fence), so I've added a line on the S and made multi.
Maybe in this case it was more simple to click all points around and draw new closed polyline. But you have to be more careful with points (not to skip and not to do unnecessary) and it may hide this 'fence/wall' so it will be hard to find it - you have to know that there is something else except parking. Main problem is if a segment take a part in some polylines JOSM (and others editors too) didn't show you all polylines that has it. But if you make a maltipolygon - it will show you all relations that has this segment (window Memberships)
If my wish I'll do all with relations. This is more easy to edit than you say. And you are wrong with 'no-one' - our mappers like to edit multipolygons than overlapping lines. Just try to edit multileveled bulding that is not in multipolygons, or indoor mapped in mall.
About fence/wall: all of them are barriers and are impassable for common people. If you know what kind it is - you are welcome to edit (not to drop). And 'middle of Kirkby' is not an argument for wall - there are a lot of fences around retail (look to Morrisons). But between households I think more walls then fences.

You can't rely on gps traces in curves due to inertia. You need long straight intersecting lines. And You can find them on the East: Kingsway / Station street; on the West: Sutton road / Chapel street. And you'll see there no need to align images.
Also there are no fresh gps traces here, and the available ones are very noisy.

sidewalk=* are difficult to support (roll of tags on way) and didn't displays the real state of things. You can't tag slopes for wheelchair, different pavement, widths for sides etc. It's only path graph (for drivers) not map.
Why (For what?) there are marked crossings from one side to another (you said you can cross at any point)?

Of course I'm not sure - at first, I have only Bing images.
Second, sidewalk=* is a temporary tag and should be replaced by drawn highway=footway. After that sidewalk=* may be removed, so there will be only one footway.
As for access from it to junction, I don't know local laws about crossing streets at any places so I didn't draw it.

А эти граффити проверялись на поверхности? У меня есть подозрение что большей части уже давно нет, учитывая что их рисовали несколько лет назад. Хью Хеффнера не нашёл

Я бы не стал смешивать attraction и artwork. В моём понимании artwork это скульптуры, статуи, фрески, граффити что уже довольно сильный attraction для меня. А вот attraction это что-то, что не попадает под эту категорию, но может быть интересным/забавным

Я ни разу не слышал названия этого парусника, а значит не могу это в name занести, на крайний случай это loc_name
Я не нашёл как обозначать аттракционы, везде они были только как tourism=attraction и не видел этого пропозала osm.wiki/Proposed_features/Key:attraction из которого следует что attraction=* не используется совместно с tourism=attraction, т.к. аттракционы это часть чего-то большего (theme_park). Достопримечательностью ещё можно было б назвать самое большое колесо за Полярным кругом, но все остальные - точно нет

The changeset based on osm data - I didn't check buildings in reality (some of them were visible in Bing). "Pavillon" is "pavilion" in French. Most of "pavillions" were my mistake
About 10-20 of pavilions has names http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/dKk
