Trunk road / motorway section is not fully correct, e.g. going towards Písek the motorway ends here and changes into a trunk road with 110 kmph limit. Similarly, in the other direction, the motorway actually begins right after the exit towards I/20 splits off the trunk road I/20.
Technically these parts are I/20, but are still considered to be a continuation of D4 for a short while.

Dopravní hřiště currently seems to be closed. Needs more investigation to verify whether that's the case or not.
