Changed outdated "Red Line" to "1 Line"

Changed outdated light rail names "Orange Line" and "Red Line" to "T Line" and "1 Line" and incorrect names "Line T", "Line 1", and "Line 2" to "T Line", "1 Line", and "2 Line".

Fixed some ref tags for US 2, US 97, and US 97 Spur. Changed a highway=primary_link to highway=primary because it's essentially a highway in its own right.
