This hill is known locally (and on some other maps) as Slieve Thoul. Saggart Hill is actually to the east of the N81, it's named on OSM as Verschoyle's Hill.

How does the rallycross track connect and intersect with the main raceway?

There is a scissors crossing here allow trams to enter and leave the sidings to/from either platform. See Connolly Station for example of similar.
