I run a script about once a week to pick up tagging errors, so it isn't a major issue.

Under 50 kV uses power=minor_line.

Over 50 kV uses power=line

If a line has been removed, you can use abandoned:power=minor_line. or abandoned:power=line and demolished:power=substation, demolished:power=pole, etc. for structures.
