The CanVec-sourced trail needs to be removed because there's a more accurate GPS-recorded trail also in place. At least the GPS-recorded trail admits, in all honesty, there's no trail (trail_visibility=no).

There's no excuse for the CanVec trail to pretend to actually exist on the ground. Nuke it.
