Tweaked tags for snowmobile-closure / caribou-protection areas.

Fixed (I hope) a major island not appearing on some maps. Two massive multipolygons were trying to cover the same area; I trimmed one back to avoid any overlap. Also tweaked islet/island per JOSM complaints.

Removed useless text from highway "ref" field.

Corrected road name, added another. ("Dirt" is not part of the name, and besides, it's gravel not dirt.)

Promoted the "Big Rock" to attraction, squared the parking lot.
