Fixed issues in and around Middlebrook based on suggested data. Added accessible parking where applicable

Additions include; modifications to some houses, train station tags, bus stop tags and car parks

Added crossings to the pavilion, removed a cash machine and moved the defibrillator to the other side of the building.
