Add some PTC tagging and the Allen Creek Siding to the Blair Sub -- still need to work on the Allen Creek detector and around Cal Jct. Also fixed some waterway stuff while I was in there.

Add PTC tagging and fix some switches and such along the Falls City. Also fix a divot in the county border while I'm in there.

Rail tagging from the Stockyards down to Offutt. Worked on the Gilmore I/L.

Rail tagging in the Hill/Stockyards area. Also started work on Ardent's South Mill.

Fix some maxspeeds and refs from Summit to Lane. Deal with some turnout maxspeeds and miscellaneous fixes.

Add aircraft crossing node where the CYVR/CAM9 seaplane ramp crosses Inglis Drive.

Fix a bunch of crossing FIXMEs from prior mapping work. Add some dragging equipment detectors. Fix a bit of CP tagging for now.

More rail work in the Vinton/Summit to Gibson area. Fix some sidewalk mapping while I'm in there.

More Cajon Pass work -- fixes most of the non-crossing FIXMEs in the Pass (the crossing-related stuff is still a WIP though)
