Map the Midland QZ (although it could use a bit more detailing in spots) and add some missing rail in the area. Fix up the tanks in the Midland tank farm and add a bit of plumbing ti ut. Detail out part of BL20 and add some sidewalks too.

Add low clearance signs on Loop 70 W of Green River to go with the maxheight tagging that's there already.
