Added/fixed some small things in Marseille.

Added and fixed several entities in the surroundings of Lac de Cécélès and the Château de Montferrand.

Added the Maison des Orpellières which has been built recently. Note that some of the footways are now forbidden to use due to nature protection. Fixed some other details in the vicinity.

Removed several one-way street constructs on the main street of Bozouls because the street is a simple, straight street, but the one-way thingies are are interpreted as roundabouts by OsmAnd~.

The meadow is used for parking, as written on a sign on the D 47.

Added some entities arount Yzeron. Deleted the highway rest area on the trekking path since it doesn’t make sense.

There is no hut in the vicinity, I really tried to find it.

Adjusted trekking path according to my recording. Added a trekking path along the river that unfortunately becomes a dead end although there’s a sign pointing in that direction.
