Coca Cola bottling plant from what I can tell I just dont know how to tag correctly

The road geometry here is off

The tree is in a mulch island in the center of the pedestrian area so the pedestrian area will need to become a multipolygon

As of August 4 2022 there is construction here covering the parking lot, the building and the open lot to the side

from what I can tell South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center is both of the buildings along with the parking lots to the right and left of the buildings, from Southwest 211th Street to the canal, I just dont know how to best tag the land use

dont know what to mark this area as since I could not find a what land use tagging is appropriate (the does not seem to be a landuse=government in wide usage) (it is a government center with the library, police station, fire station and all the other buildings up to Turnpike are on government land from what I can tell)

from what I can tell this is not farm land
