updated two highway links that had previously been marked as under construction that have recently finished construction so I removed the construction tagging. also updated geometry a bit and added bridge areas. also updated the geometry of a few other links in the surrounding interchange. (Turnpike and Dolphin Expressway)

note because I split park of a road I just noticed that I have created a "Invalid turn restriction" I would fix this I just dont know how to remove a relationship, I did not intend to do this I just tried to fix the road.

updated intersection between Perrine Avenue and West Datura Street while making Perrine Avenue dual carriageway and updating roads in the section of US 1 between Southwest 168th Street and Southwest 183rd Street, while I was doing this I updated tagging and added stop signs. Also updated the intersection between Wayne Avenue and Southwest 181st Terrace. also did some TIGER removal.

I also updated tagging on some roads and did some tiger clean up. more work to do in the area.

updated a few roads splitting a dual carriageway road and updating the name of a road as to fix a address issue on https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/ . also added a few stop and yield signs along with a new marked crossing on Caribbean Boulevard and connected it to surrounding sidewalks.

Edit, this was me updating surface and covered information to roads around MDC Kendal campus, I thought I had placed this in the commit message in Go map but it seams I did not, my bad, I am commenting here to fix possible miss conceptions

forgot to add this in the message but there work still needed in the area

the issue is that on iD when you inspect one of the bus ways they are marked as abandoned rail roads which they are for certain not, they have been paved over with no rail lines for as long as I remember and I have been living in Miami my whole life. This makes me think that osm on the backend sees it as such and that applications such as OsmAnd (which I use) would also see it as such and that would impede their navigation algorithms. also the rail road has been paved over and non existent for so long that it makes no sense to keep that data around any longer since it, at this point can only impede as explained above, so for certain its "life-cycle" is most definitely over by now.

I dont think I made it clear enough in the commit message. the rail line no longer exists, so I removed that from the tagging for the buss lane

also updated surround roads etc. as a note there were several bus routes that had a motorway link that had to be deleted due to it no longer existing so they have holes inside of them now since I have no clue how to properly map those. someone else will have to fix that. as a note the motorway link had been out of commission for at minimum a year now so those bus roads would have been inaccurate for a while now. I also deleted a peace of railway that is no longer existent since it seams to have been build over.
