updated the area surrounding the Herriman City Depot

Added some sidewalks, paths, and bike lanes on and near Sentinel Ridge Blvd

Added and fixed info for roads and paths around Mountain Ridge.

Changed a Bike Path/Footpath to just a sidewalk, as there is a bike lane parallel. Never really edited before, so not sure if this is a how it should be.
