Improved Harju's trail situation somewhat.

Carried out a large survey of trails and gravel roads from Köhniö to Kypärämäki.

Renamed and retagged Harjun kuntorata to be in line with Jyväskylä's official tourist guide. Using `footway` or `cycleway` may have also fit, but would have lacked grading. Separating wide gravel paths from narrow informal trails still remains to be done.

Detailed the closed bridge in Tourula. There are now two layers of fences, but they are still climbable.

Set grades of previously surveyed tracks.

Amended some mistyped tags from the previous commits.

Put a fence around Tilkunmäen vesitorni. The city is hastily building fences and surveillance camera poles around all the water towers.

Fixed some drunkard edits. Perfectly fine trails were removed without first tagging them with `was:highway=path` for different seasons. Some ways were folded back on themselves, so that they went in two opposite directions at the same time. Logging machin

Drew the second sketch of the small trail system near Ilokivi and on top of Seminaarinmäki.

Drew the first sketch of the small trail system near Ilokivi. Also added Ilokivi, the stone, on the map.

Surveyed Keltinmäki further.

Fixed footways and desire paths in and around parks.

Put some trails down on Seminaarinmäki.

Wrote `mtb:scale` instead of `mtb_scale` and upgraded the difficulty of a trail I could not clear without crashing every time. Also removed some spurious nodes from trails, because this is not an art project.

Tested the trails on Kypärämäki and found more nearby.

Drew some parking aisles and trails connected to them.

Amended forgotten access tags.

Did the second preliminary run for the comprehensive trail survey of Keltinmäki. There are more unmapped ways and inaccurate landuse areas than expected.

Surveyed most of the forest along Helokantie.
