Actually I don't know how to revert it.
I decided to do it last night, as many roads and buildings in Huế City's metro area are placed too far from their GPS traces. I don't know what had caused this, but only those in that area are mis-aligned. Those in nearby towns & districts, like Tứ Hạ, Phú Bài, are not. So I guess a mass dragging should help correct them.

I'm aware that it is not a good practice to mass-drag everything, but so far it saves me more time than moving each road and buildings manually (took me 4 hours to do so for my hometown Vũng Tàu).

For any issues, i.e. disconnected roads and buildings, I will fix them soon tonight.

Hi FvGordon, Thank you for closing the boundary of District 10. I probably created it very long time ago and didn't have a chance to review all the boundaries in the City.
I've "converted" (or reverted) all commune and ward boundaries to level 8, to make room for smaller boundaries (hamlets, villages or residential quarters).

Bundaberg boundaries were drawn quite a few years ago, during a few months i was in hospital. I drew them on JOSM everyday based on Bundaberg Regional council's mapping site as well.

That's great to know all the steps. I haven't read the guidelines until now.

Just a small question, does the guidelines apply to bulk with an automated tool (i.e. software, apps..) only? In the case of manual drawing, what other steps should I do (in addition a notice to the community via the mailing list, and obtain permission from the mapping site's owner)?

As for the name, it was actually a series of Chinese words. As i can barely read a few words, i couldn't write them in full. I'll certainly edit the name later, when i'm back there.

Well it seems the two buildings are interconnected and there is a path between the two. The eastern building is older and is retained, while the left side one was built later as part of the enlargement of the Library.
I also wanted to "build" a single building=yes for the whole thing, but i was worried if it would be enough to preserve the old one.

Thị xã Dĩ An is the full name of the town of Dĩ An. I suggested renaming it to this full name in order to make it in line with other admin boundaries done before in this country. You can see similar places like "Quận Thủ Đức", which can also be referred to as "Thủ Đức".

This page listed Thị xã Dĩ An as one of the names. In fact it is the official name of the town.
