Possibly this building is 31 AND 33, and I just couldn't see the distinction between the two on imagery.
Check street view, then cross-reference with imagery!

To the right of 21 is a new development, a residential house at the same level as the other buildings. It's still under construction at the time of writing.

I'm not sure how to tag this building, which is attached to the church. It seems to be a hall in which local events may take place, some of them non-religious.

Perhaps amenity=community_centre is appropriate? I believe this building has a similar purpose to Vine Hall (on Vine Road).
