I have modified the road class to cycle path
based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

Could you check this road? Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else? There is feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive along Hancock Street from Bank Top to Dickinson Close. The driver sent feedback that the road is closed. We do not have more detailed information such as why the road is closed, what weight and dimensions of the vehicle, photos from the place of feedback. #mbx_uk_editing
