Added the residential neighborhood of Royal Country

Added missing buildings, fixed dimensions, fixed roads and sidewalks.

Edited building dimensions, fixed roads and their sidewalks, added ruined buildings, fixed parks, added information to existing buildings.

First set of changes to Casco VIejo, Panama. It's a mess, with having to add buildings that are missing, mishapen buildings, misaligned streets, etc.

My first set of contributions for OSM. Sections of Panama City are very neglected and missing chunks of information. In this case, my own neighborhood and the area around it. Uploading this now so as to test this functionality.
