Richard, você poderia dizer qual o documento utilizado para afirmar que essa rua é "reconhecida" localmente? Caso não haja manifestação, essa edição será revertida, por desrespeitar as regras do OSM e o mapeador estará sujeito ao bloqueio do DWG.

Robson, você já foi alertado que a sua edição não respeita as diretrizes da comunidade local (ver Wiki OSM Jaraguá do Sul) e ainda insiste em mapear como Rua um caminho que é particular, usado apenas pelos proprietários dos imóveis. A comunidade local não conhece a "RUA José Maurer". Este José Maurer era o antigo proprietário e morador, nunca foi uma "rua".
Sua edição também não respeita regras do How We Map do OSM, como Truthful e Verifiable. Reverta a sua edição. Persistindo nos dados incorretos, estes serão revertidos e o mapeador será denunciado ao DWG.

Nem na visualização do osm elas estavam aparecendo

Talvez eu errei ao adicionar o building =yes, mas o estranho é que as edificações não estavam aparecendo como um objeto, mas apenas o contorno vazio como se fossem uma area=yes.
Eu posso reverter essas edições, mas acho que tem alguma coisa estranha no mapeamento sem ter uma building especificando o objeto. As outras building:* seriam apenas completamentos, na minha interpretação. Mas posso estar errado

GPS software, such as Osmand, has difficulty in interpreting the direction of an alert (radars, speed bumps) when acting in a single direction, on the same road with traffic in both directions.

typedir indicates the direction of alerts (speed bumps, radars, danger, ...) in the gps.
1 is unidirectional (in one traffic direction) and 2 is bidirectional (in both traffic directions).
It is used in Navitel, Navit, 7ways, Sygic, TomTom, iGO8, iGO Amigo, iGO Nextegen, ...
By mapping this tag, it will be possible to generate alerts for these gps software with OSM data, attracting more mappers to the Openstreetmap project.

Sim, conclui os testes. Alterei a tag note para evitar confusão. Mantive o pedágio pq ele é usado para teste e controle desses objetos no OSM. Obrigado pelo aviso.
