No, there is no way to remove changesets from your history. Unless admins would do that with direct changes in database which would need some exceptional reasons.

I continued checking and it gets worse: jewish genocide sites are tagged as christian cemeteries, objects are created where the same data already existed before etc.

1. Name is a name in local language (in Lithuania - lithuanian, in Latvia - latvian). name:xx - foreign name.
2. Depends on a country. In Lithuania it is a mailing list (talk-lt). There was some tool created to identify local communities/discussion channels globally, but I do not edit a lot abroad so do not remember the name. But you could probably find it in OSM wiki or with a help of google.
And yes, it would have been better to find somebody local and provide a data source so that we could verify the data and check the tags you're using against local conventions. And then I could have done import myself later after doing the necessary checks (or simply importing local data, because we do have it and it is much more detailed and precise...)

I have already updated way/691418426 and will go through the rest of changes in Lithuania, but in future please contact local community (for example me in Lithuania) before doing imports as non-consulted imports are violation of OSM rules and are usually reverted right away.

Imports must be consulted with local community beforehand. I would have to review and analyse all edits now, check if data is correct according to Lithuanian sources, change name:lt to name, check type, geometry etc. I could have imported the same data from Lithuanian (more correct) sources in one go if it would have been my priority, but it isn't...

For example this one way/691418426 is an archaeological site, not cemetery and it is clearly offset (according to imagery).
Shouldn't all imports be agreed with local community?

Supratau. Tai pušis jau buvo prieš 10 metų pažymėta. Panaikinsiu tada tourism=viewpoint.

Atšaukta. Parkas ir taip pažymėtas. Pieva ir parkas yra visiškai kitų lygių objektai. Parke gali būti ir pieva, ir miškas, ir vanduo ir dar daug visokių dalykų.

Gal galima daugiau informacijos, kas čia tokio? Apžvalgos aikštelės pavadinimas, aprašymas?

Pridėjau keliui pėsčiųjų tako žymą. Pažymėjau vieną tiltą (pietinį), kuris matosi ortofoto. Šiaurėje takas eina per ežerą, ten potencialiai gal tiltai? Tik ortofotografijoje nieko nesimato, gal tai labai neseniai padarytas tako praplėtimas su naujais tiltais?

Ir Hipodromo gatvė yra ne ten, nors ir šalia.
