There are two options: either you can map the route to existing roads and create (and maintain) a large route type relation (which I doubt you can do, because most part of that route does not exist anymore), or you stick with information board points and that's it. The object as it is now cannot exist in OSM. Sorry.

Pagal Lietuvos žymėjimo susitarimus, nereikia braižyti atskirais vektoriais šaligatvių. Tam yra žymos prie highway**=* sidewalk=left|right|both.
