This road here is called South State Street instead Old State Street? Can someone confirm and fix if yes?

There is an old cellar hole here. From here where to the N to the Lost Pond intersection, the trail has been re-routed north of where it is shown, and switchbacks have been added.

Delete this 0.1 between Spruce Hill and Busby Trail. There are signs of a former trail but it looks long abandoned. It is now a risky bushwhack with steep sections (which I did).

Could someone add the trailhead here and the missing trails around Wright's pond? I'd try to do it, but my iPhone doesn't seem to place gps tracks very accurately.
