Updated the description of some of the tracks in Ft Ord to better represent their surfaces etc.

Changed several service roads to tracks, since this seemed more appropriate given the OSM Wiki descriptions

Connected the parts of Buckeye Trail together using the 'c' shortcut (finally!)

Updated Salsipuedes-Pajaro Cycleway to show surface and add connection to toilet and water on Clearwater Lane

Added path connecting Airport Blvd to Compton Terrace

Ensured roads are two way, not one way

Cleaned up car park turn restrictions to more closely match driver experience where a left turn is allowed.
